I own a number of Berettas...2 - 85F Cheetahs, a 92F, a CX-4 Storm, and a Beretta Silver Snipe over and under.  Ran across the 81 for $219.  They arrived today. Very good condition.... i am very happy!

I found these at Midway USA.  After getting these home went back online to order 2 more....none for sale or in stock now.

I'd like to hear more about your Silver Snipe. I have a 20 gauge and it is very difficult to find any information on them. Believe mine was made around 1957

mine is a 12 guage...made in 1965 with the XXI proof mark.  Bought it for my Dad who since gave it to me since he does not hunt anymore.  Vent rib barrel.  Full choke barrel on top..improved modified on bottom.   Barrel assembly and forearm are all serial numbered and match the receiver serial number.

I will post a few pics later tonight

These were made from 1955 to 1967. 12, 20 or 28ga. 26, 28 or 30" barrels.

100% condition is around $700. A bit more for 20ga & a bit more for 28ga.

All info from the Blue Book. Hope this helps.
