I tried to buy parts and they denied my payment, three times. Used the same card to buy a $700 item on another site thirty minutes later.

I haven't been able to make contact them and have tried for a few weeks before I gave up. They wouldn't answer emails, phone wouldn't even accept messages regardless of which option I selected. I quit trying about a month ago.

Rumor over at HKPro is that their system/payment processor was compromised......lots of folks got their CC's hit with fraudulent charges....
I'd hold off for a while |

Procrastinating actually saved my ass for once. I needed some parts and when I finally got around to trying to place the order it was the day they went offline. I then saw the HKpro thread.

Yeah HKparts seem to be back online just recently. Their website has changed. I order several things from their old site and the last time I did was in late 2018. My card was never compromised and my products came just fine. Matter of fact, the order was so high value the tech guy called me up to make sure I had gotten it. So I do recommend them.

I know this is my first post. Though, been lurking around here sometimes. But I ran into this post. And since I ordered from them recently for my first time, figured post my experience with HKP.
Anyways ordered two things from them Monday the 19th. Valued over 600$. Received my order today the 26th. I say that’s pretty fast service for me considering where I’m located. |

HKParts has the worst customer service. They will never respond to a post=sales email but if you inquire about purchasing they will get back to you fast. I will never buy from them again and I learned they did not proactive communicate with customers after the data breached incident. Bottom line they only want your money.
