I sincerely doubt that.

The first few years after 1975, the only 75s made were pre-B models, and they were not available then on our side of the Iron Curtain.

Only years later did a few actual CZ-made guns trickle out of the commie side of the Iron Curtain for sale to us capitalist, imperialist running-dogs.  The B models and target guns like the SA came much later.

According to wiki, it appears that the 75 B SA became wide spread in the competition scene around 1992.
