I've owned handguns from many manufacturers, when I got to thinking about it I found there were still many that I haven't owned for one reason or another. I'm sure they offer fine and reliable handguns, but at this point I have no desire to acquire any. So, just curious of the well-know popular gun manufacturers out there, which brands have you no ownership experience with?
I've owned Beretta, Bersa, Browning, Colt, Dan Wesson, Glock, Kahr, Kel-Tec, Ruger, Sig Sauer, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory and Taurus.
I've never owned an AMT, CZ, FN, HK, IWI, Kimber, Magnum Research, Para-Ord, Stoeger, Steyr or Walther. I may be missing a few, but these are the brands that come to mind.

Never owned a Ruger, only owned one Taurus. Only owned one EAA. Never owned a Korth or Janz. Owned 5-6 Glocks but sold every one of them because Glocks suck.

Currently own multiple models of Beretta, Colt, CZ, FN, H&K, Hammerli, Kel-Tec, Les Baer, Nighthawk, Mauser (Luger), Rock Island Armory, Sig, Smith, Springfield, STI & Walther. I do believe in diversity.

Haven't owned Colt, Boutique 1911 brands, junk stuff like Raven, Phoenix, etc., no High Point, no Steyr. Have owned basically every other brand though. Turkish stuff is by far the best "value", be it Stoeger, Canik, Tisas, Girsan, etc.

I guess I should have added Hi-Point, hard to imagine they are a popular option, apparently they are!
Turkish pistols have become popular too, would they be considered as popular/well-know as Smith or Colt?

Out of the MAJOR names, it’s H&K. All I own now are Sigs and it’s been that way for the last ten years.

On major brands on handguns, Rossi and High Point are about it. Owned a Rossi rifle tho. I don't do any of the boutique 1911 brands. Haven't owned a Llama but they are long OOP. Never owned a Norinco handgun , but again they've been off the market for a while. I think I have guns from 14 different countries.

I've only owned Glock and S&W aside from a brief stint with a Kahr CW9 in 2011 because single stack 9s hadn't caught on yet.

There will always be some obscure brand none of us bought.

For major brands, I have owned everything except CZ. I have rented a couple of CZs.... They just never interested me. I always preferred Berettas over CZs.

And now, I've moved on from Berettas....

I have an irrational dislike of Glocks although I've never even held one. I like SIG, but never actually owned one. Old guy from a time when choices were very limited.

Canik, Dan Wesson Revolvers, Desert Eagle, Kahr, Kel-Tec, Para Ord., Taurus or any high end stuff like Wilson Combat, Ed Brown, etc.

I would never buy any AMT product ever again.

But I have owned Beretta, Browning, Colt (pre CZ), CZ/Dan Wesson, FN, Glock, H&K, Kimber, Ruger, Sig Sauer, S&W, Springfield Armory

Uh, Raven is FAR from junk.

To answer the OP, it would be easier to list the brands I HAVE owned: Glock, S&W, CZ, Ruger, Walther, Kimber, Staccato, Sig, Springfield Armory.

There's the major brands and there's small/ niche/ el cheapo/ boutique brands that don't even ping my radar.

I've owned handguns from almost all of the "major" manufacturers except FN, Kel-Tec, Dan Wesson, Magnum Research (will change soon with a BFR acquisition)
