If you've replaced the recoil spring in your [FN] Hi Power what weight did you go with?

I got a 17 and an 18lb progressive for my 30 YO Browning MkIII.  I tried both and decided to leave the 18lb in since I may carry/shoot 124 gr +Ps occasionally.

All my HI Powers have Wolff 18 pound recoil springs.
That spring just seems to smooth out the recoil impulse to me.
