I believe it is going to leave a hole if I am not mistaken. I would ask this question over at HKpro.com to get the appropriate part numbers and process. Here is an old thread.

Short answer? Nope.
HK built the frame around the safety and trigger mech, so you need a gun that was built entirely without a sefety. You want the V3 if you want traditional da/sa decocker (like a sig) or V1 V2 for the LEM flavor.  Attached File |
