I picked up a USP 45 full-size around same price. If it makes you happy get it, not a bad price.

Sounds like a far price in today's market.
They are really nice guns that shoot great. I can hit a 12in plate at 50 very consistently with my standard model. |

I have an HK45 in baby shit sand color that I picked up about 6 weeks ago and love it. Converted it to LEM a few days ago and I love it more. DO IT! |

For a LEM yes... safety lever gets in way of my grip and the LEM system is great anyway. Shorter reset on 45 model compared to others in H&K lineup.

I recall a post to their Facebook page of them celebrating the first HK45 made in USA but not sure how long ago that was. Humorously enough, my first HK45T was defective and made in Germany. Magazines wouldn't drop free, had it sent back three times. First time it got a little better, second it was closer to ejecting but still wouldn't clear the maxwell. The third time they just replaced the entire pistol and gave me 2x 10 round magazines free. The trigger is somehow the smoothest HK DA/SA that I've used too. Damned happy how it turned out. |

I have a 45t and it's fun as hell. Mine came w the suppressor sights. Contemplating a compensator for the full wick effect. Good price, bought mine for 879 at cabelas.

I really like the HK45C. Biggest letdown is the lack of aftermarket support for lights. The full size has an advantage in that regard due to it's full size rail.
