Just thought I’d show a few comparisons between the stock HK basepads (17rnd) and GrayGuns “Hard Duty” aluminum basepads. I really like the contoured shape and grooves to grip and rip out a stuck mag. They work with either the 15 or 17 rounders, the 15s needing to use the supplied spacer.
They’re a little $$ at $20 per but for a carry mag or two, they seem worth the money to me. GrayGuns Hard Duty aluminum basepads

I picked up a short reset kit yesterday, and went ahead and threw a couple of these in my order.
They look like a decent addition for a few carry magazines, as you said above. |
