An M17(got all 3 mags no voucher). Playing around with it and have a ? While "feeling" the trigger I noticed that as I pull it the muzzle raises on the frame and the rear drops ever so slightly. This only happens with the mag removed, assuming this is normal?

Normal.
My Glocks do that too.
Put an empty mag in there. Now that will simulate close to what your live fire trigger pull will be like.

My P320F had a 4lb pull out of the box.
It's hotrodded now down to 2lbs....range gun though.
Sweet to shoot that thing.
