Got me a P-01 omega today. Managed to find one that was I’m guessing special order and never picked up, shop found in inventory and sold to me when I called.

My only other CZ was a phantom and I hated the trigger. Guy at work talked me into this one.

Gonna shoot tomorrow and see if I like it.

I know about CGW. Mags: where to buy?

Any must have accessories? I’m not a fan of the long trigger pull

Greg Cote, CZ Customs, Ben Stoeger, and Cajun would be good places to start for mags.

as for the Trigger work.

I suggest either Cajun or CZ Customs for those parts.

Normally I say get the full blown competition kit. Polish the shit out of the trigger bar, and sear cage.

I am not a fan of the Omega trigger setup, but it works well.

I’m so used to a shorter reset. I should have gotten the dwx compact.

I’ll shoot it a bit more and decide on parts.

Outta the box it was 100% for a couple mags which is great

Woo...! Walked into my local GS and saw they just got one in. Had no choice to put it on layaway even if it was more than I’d like to normally pay. Strange time prices I suppose.

GunMagWarehouse is more. They're about the middle of the road as far as prices go, and they ship quickly. I'm happy enough to keep buying from them as one of many sources.

Ordered some standard Mecgar 14 round 9MM magazines for the Compacts and P01s from Midway a couple months back for about $21 each.  I've seen them on sale for as low as $19 each there.

Which kind of Lok grips do you guys like?

I have avg size hands and I do have to slightly move my firing hand for my thumb to engage the slide release on mag changes and I’m thinking a slightly slimmer grip would help remedy this.
