Talking about Gen 4 only since I know they share the same frame. The 41 slide is a little thinner, Has only tried to see if a Glock 41 barrel will function in a 21?

I have 3 barrels for my 41, so would like to get use out of another at least.

I don't think it will work, I'm pretty sure the G41 barrel dimensions are bit different than the G21, thinner in most all regards.

For gen4 the 10mm barrels will fit into the 45 frame/slide but the reverse is not true.
