Numrich has a few in stock. Ebay,  gunbroker ect are options as well. You can also check with ruger to see what they would charge to do it.

Ruger won’t change the original as shipped configuration of the gun. What do you want to do? There’s usually entire parts sets available, everything minus the frame. I’ve bought several.
