Love it - are you using a 1911 holster or is this molded for the Hi Power

seems like I cannot find anything for the Hi Power, so I typically carry my Argentinian Detective slide in a 1911 fobus paddle holster or a leather belt slide

Thanks

It is weird that sometimes most of the time we worry about how things look more than how they work. At least you didn't go full retard on the whole gun like some glocks I have seen.

Looks like a run of the mill kydex mag holder. I have one that looks similar that I got from an ebay seller.

I got mine from this seller, been using it for a while now. Double stack 9mm Glock mags fit great. I run a Sig 227 magazine in it too and it works fine.

Kydex magazine pouch.

The pouch is a Ryker Nylon Gear AFAK.

The holster is from SCK Holsters. It's a Glock 34 length TLR-1 HL AIWB holster.

I’m thinking of getting one of these. And you posting it doesn’t help . Seems like a good gun to throw in your pocket for quick trips to a grocery store wearing sweats or something like that.

AHolster. I've got one for my LCP also, but it's on loan to a friend who just got his carry permit to try out. It has practically no retention to allow the gun to come right out, and the "hooks" on the holster grab the pocket keeping the holster in pocket.

DO NOT TRY TO HOLSTER THE GUN WITH THE HOLSTER IN YOUR POCKET! I know it's common sense, but with pocket carry, always remove the holster from your pocket to holster the gun, then place the whole rig back in pocket.

It's also my grab and go gun in a Garret Industries IWB holster. Carried AIWB, it is pleasant all day long.

I hate when companies put the clips over the widest part of the holster/pouch.

I like how the shock cord will flex on those.

Thank you for the kind words, fellas.

I've been pretty blessed in my actual career. I'd better dance with who brought me. I just do holsters to relax.

Here's some silliness for entertainment value. Get both...(believe it or not, this contraption actually carries well):

The clips I ordered from bawidamann as I was ordering another mag pouch. You can get the clips from JM if you ask.

The rear sight is from a eBay seller whitetail1911

I have 2 of them I purchased over a year a part. The one pictured on my loaded is blued and the one on my MC Operator is parkerized. I wish they were both parked as I need to scrub the blued one a couple times a week in the summer to keep the rust off.
