These are honestly my favorite pair of grips, because they split the difference between normal smooth wood and checkered wood/G-10 etc. That and they tie into the little bit of old school cool I have with the bobbed hammer, instead of something like a skeletonized or commander hammer.

But is there anywhere that makes grips of a similar style? Because they're the original grips off my commander and even though it's not the nicest 70s Combat Commander (it's one of those ones you buy for a custom because it's not perfect, but you get it and it's too nice to customize), the only things that aren't original are the trigger and the grip safety, so I'd like to keep them looking nice(ish).

No, I was just looking for something similar but maybe a little bit darker wood. I know I could go custom, but I'm one of those guys that's been buying guns with my "dream gun" money because I still haven't even narrowed it down to longslide, 5" or commander.

Those are early MK IV Series '70 grips. Many of us despise them so typically you can find them cheap on ebay.

The VZ "320" grips have a subtle texture that's similar, though it's not wood.

Nutmeg sports still has some of the old Colt factory grips, the full checkered with Either the silver or gold medallions.

And Wood caliber if you go with their custom menu can install either Gold or Silver Colt medallions.
About 3 weeks on their custom builds and their grips are really nice!
