Call the shop.
Check the ATFE on line database to confirm whether the business has a current FFL. Go to the web site for the state where the business operates to find out whether it's still in business. Collect up your receipts for the work. Write a letter with a demand for the gun or a refund. If that doesn't bring a response, hire an attorney to write a letter. If that doesn't work drag the business into small claims court. No receipts, no cancelled check, no credit card records? You are hosed. If it was a guy with last name Andrews with a shop in Wildwood or Eureka Missouri, send an IM and I'll tell you where he's currently located. |
