The advertised muzzle velocity of the +P variant is 1050 FPS.  I chronographed three different lots of the +P variant from the Glock 19.  The average muzzle velocity was 1029 FPS.

You could have a variation of 15 feet from the muzzle to the chronograph and that would only account for approximately 5 FPS difference in velocity for this load.  

How many shots did you fire in a string when chronographing?
