The older octane 9.

They sound great but they are very high back pressure cans. On the wrong pistol after 100rds I look like a coal miner from all the crap that blows back. But the SP01 has done pretty well taming that.

I think both CGW and CZ Custom Shop have kits/parts that make the distance to the trigger shorter.

I've also installed Cajun Gun Work Pro package which included the short reach trigger.

@Ivan1, is that the grey/black as far as the LOK grips go?
I am torn between grey/black and OD green/black. I think the grey/black looks better, but i have alot of OD green for my 3 gun gear.

Just picked up my first CZ yesterday. Optics ready shadow 2...i just got done replacing the trigger with the Cajun adjustable reach reduction trigger.
I acutally like the grip on the factory grip panels, just not a fan of the blue. Almost feel like taking a rattle can of OD green to them....heh.

Thanks @peacematu. Left the shop without it at first but she haunted my dreams that night. Had to go back the next day. Don't think it's been fired outside the factory.

Was going to canjunize it but I don't see many of the hi polished ones out there. may just keep it stock and grab another 75 to tinker with. not sure yet.

I'm a fan of their standard thickness grips, I've tried all 3 widths and standard puts everything in the perfect place for my hands.

Mine are OD/black and grey/black

After the range we hit up a local gun shop and the PCR was in the consignment case. The owner gave me a decent deal, so it came home with me. It will be my new EDC as well......

Might get some LOK grips later on, but for now i used the same OD flat green Krylon as i did on my gaming rifle.
after 24 hours of painting...took the additional step of baking the grips in the oven for an hour at 200 degrees; which sped up the curing & supposedly adds durability.
couple of range trips so far...seems to be holding up ok!

Great grip, like the point angle, the texture is aggressive, but that’s good. Have to say, if it proves to be as reliable as the hype (have no reason to think it won’t), I’ll be looking hard at the metal framed versions. I’m an Sig P hammer fired series fan, so CZ’s version? Will have to look into that…
