No appendix...not scared, just too fat
Features needed: 10°-15° cant, wing to tuck grip, optics cut, high ride.
Currently have a CYA Ridge IWB holster that has a nice fit and finish, but with the cant, my optic goes below my belt line and into my pants. This works to oppose the wing tucking the grip in. I sent them feedback and they are willing to take back based on their 30-day money back guarantee.

I've used Vedder for mine, but that's it. I don't have experience with other holsters for my P-10C. I think it fits your requirements. Only issue with them, Vedder in general, is they don't really offer a lot of options for lights, sometimes not at all. If you plan on attaching a light that is. They are some of the most comfortable holsters I've used.

Vedder Lightdraw in black basketweave worked well for me.
