Are the steel frame P01 pistols still available?

Must be thinking of a compact 75BD.

No, they did basically, models 99021 and 99041. They had Ambi manual safeties though, not a decocker.

From what I recall it was always a limited batch thing. Every couple years a wave of them would appear and once they were gone that was it.

Yup.

OP, contact CZ like I did, maybe they will do another batch. Other than that keep looking like some of us…

Steel frame P-01's are rare. I'm sure there are some out there but probably at ridiculous prices right now. No telling when CZ will make another batch of them.

The reason I like them though is because they are manual safety models. It literally shoots like a full size with the added weight.

No, they accept crypto and Zelle for payment so they are a scam site.

Contact RSR Distributors - they were the driving force for a LOT of limited run oddball CZ pistol models. Maybe they might do another one.

I think we saw the steel P01 style frames first with CZ75 Compact stamped into the slide.

Then, later the steel P01 style frames had slides stamped P01 on them.

Mine were stamped CZ75 Compact.

This one I converted to SAO.

From the factory.

Both of mine had the worst trigger pull (draggy, gritty, etc.) of any CZs I've ever bought.  Converted one to SAO and left the other one unfired in the box.

This they are very uncommon I would not say rare because they do exist and usually do not go for HK P7 prices.  I kick myself in the butt I saw one several years back in the used case at my local gun shop but passed on it because I really did not have the want for it at the time and I prefer the decocker.  Now I wish I had bought it.  They pop up periodically just have to look for them.

A full sized gun with the rail that looks like a big P01 is usually the SP01.  The P01 is a compact pistol.

Lok palm swell bogies. Same profile as the stock grips but more bite. I actually had to sand them down a bit.
