[Last Edit: jmt1271]
I have a new CP33 and am really enjoying it.

Did the initial inspection and lube, put maybe 100 rounds thru it unsuppressed, zero stoppages.

Then put my Mask on the and put ~100 more rounds thru it, no issue.

Then mid mag, the bolt slid to the rear, ejected spent shell, and locked up. All the way to the rear.

I messed with it but cannot find any way to apply any torque to it to free it.

Can't disassemble with the bolt in this position.

I sent an email to keltec last Monday. Never heard anything, and sent a second email on Thursday. Still nothing.

Does any one with more experience with these guns have any advice? Really like this pistol, but need it to function.

Can you punch out the takedown pin with the bolt locked to the rear, as to separate the “upper” and “lower?”

On the back of the slide w/ the grip in a vise.  Good sport, you are.  Godspeed.

Yes the pin comes out. Just can't get the upper to move.

Will try again tonight.

Removed take down pin and lightly tapped on the slide and it released.

Snapping off the tip of the slide stop in the process lol.

So, gun is functioning but no slide stop. Not particularly impressed.

Hopefully keltec will get back to me at some point. Been a week so far since first email. Will try and get away from office long enough to call them tomorrow.

Calling worked much better.

They're sending me FedEx label and will repair and return.

Good enough.

Was great. It was about 7 days from me shipping it to getting it back.

Everything works but I only put 10 rounds thru it yet.

I'll have to get the paperwork to recall but they replaced the slide stop, and then polished Feed ramps and a few other things. At least that's what the work order says. Not sure why, as it fed perfectly already.

Pleased overall, for sure.
