Got a threaded barrel, RMR and brownells slide on a Gen3 G19 frame (OEM). Any holster recommendations? All the holsters I have for my OEM G19's don't fit. Google has not been helpful on this one...

What are you looking for?

IWB? OWB? Duty? Kydex? Leather? Passive? Active retention?

Your post is vague.

Safariland makes a good one that fits several Glock frames and most medium/large frame modern autos and its $55 or so. And I think mine came with paddle and belt slide attachment. It even fit my new FN509. The holster is adjustable for tension and has pretty good retention the release below trigger guard.

can you share more details where you don't think it fits in your tradtional 19 holsters?
Ie - threaded barrel sticking out / RMR / slide binding?

I am about to buy the brownells slide as well, thanks,

It looks like the slide is binding up. From what I'm seeing, even if the slide didn't bind up, I'd still need to cut a relief for the RMR.

They get a little flamed here for being a copy cat holster company but Bravo Concealment Torsion holsters are made to be optics ready and accent a threaded barrel.

I will second this. If you don't need a light this holster is great and defeating the retention is very intuitive. I carry it everyday for work.

For a universal OWB with a light I use a BlackHawk Omnivore TLR or X300 holster.

I have a Raven Perun for OWB and a Werkz for IWB.  I also have a the TLR7 attached to mine and Holosun sight.

I've also got a Werkz IWB Holster.  I believe it is the M6 model.

It's been fine so far.

I just got that one also .... the construction of the holster is good and made well but it sucks for me.  It is uncomfortable with the bump they added and pushes on a nerve.  The belt clips for tucking will not fit my belt (Ares Gear enhanced) so I put some of my G-code belt clips but the holster is going to my holster bin of holsters that just do not work for me.
