Finding sub $28.00 Shield 13 round mags is no problem, it's the outrageous price of shipping that's the problem. Most want $10.00 to $15.00 dollar freight on a $28.00 mag.

AIM surplus has 13rd for $29 and change. They also have 15rd for $30 and change. Various rates for shipping.
