This is by far the best belt that I have ever owned.
Here's a bonus. I left a review on Kore Essentials' website about the 1.75" belt that I bought, and they sent me a free belt and buckle of my choosing for free. Unbelievable. They are awesome. I am not affiliated with them. Check out reviews on Arfcom. Kore Essentials EDC belts. |

I've been wearing one as my off-duty belt for the past two years, they are fantastic. Excellent belt.
I've had one of their MOLLE battle belts for the last year, and I feel the same about that one. It's great, especially for the price. |

I guess I got a lemon. Chinese shit in my experience. I’ll stick with Nexbelt for ratchet style.

Just wore my first Kore belt today and was carrying while running errands.
I gotta say, that belt is fantastic! |

I started wearing a Kore belt a few weeks ago and also like it.

Odd. I've owned Nexbelt and Kore Essentals. Nexbelt was falling apart when the release button on the buckle broke. You could clearly see it was made out of pot metal.

I've worn hank's as my carry/work belt for 6 years and it's sagging only from my use. Blue Alpha has me covered for "battle" belt and carry outside of work. I carry appendix now and haven't had a problem with movement or whatever is the cool lingo nowdays.

Been wearing Kore belts for the last 5+ years after seeing them suggested here.
I won't go back to a standard belt. |

I am very happy with my Hank's Extreme. Made in USA, 100% leather, steel roller buckle, very thick, very tough, very well made. I've worn it daily for years, still in great shape.

Very happy with my Kore belt. Every other belt got tossed. I plan to pick up another soon.

I wore heavy leather 1.5" pants belts for many years. Recently I got a Kore for the adjustability wearing IWB/OWB or not wearing a belt holster.
It is very stiff, well made and comfortable. It supports a 365XL and offside mag pouch extremely well. |

Have one, dont like it. Have a Mastermind Tactics Specialist and love it for AIWB

I'm still in the stone ages rocking the old school Wilderness Instructor Belt. It's a modern classic at this point.

I like my Kore belts. I use them in the rare situation that I need to tuck my shirt.

I went from Wilderness Tactical to Mastermind for my EDC belt.
Why should I switch to Kore? Serious question, not posting to be rude. I don't tuck my shirts in |

Had mind since 8/2020, webbing is starting to separate and fray along the top edge. Wear it daily.

Def my favorite, I have two web and one leather from them which are going on a year or so now. I want to get the garrison size battle belt to try out, but my non-ammo gun stuff budget is short at the moment.

I just got a Kore and really like it, so far better than my Vedder and Magpul EDC belts

I avoided the Kore belts for a while. The reason is because I had a Nextbelt that failed. The nextbelt would self adjust occasionaly and the buckle broke after about a month of use. Granted, it wasn't one of their EDC geared belts, it was just a basic dress belt. That fact that it failed so quickly with very little stress scared me away from track belts completely.
Four months ago I took a CCW class and all of the instructors were using Kore belts and recommended them many times over the 4 days of training. A few weeks later I had some Amazon gifts cards burning hole in my pocket so I decided to see if Kore had an Amazon shop. Sure enough they did. I had a new Kire 1.5" tactical gun belt with X7 buckle. I have been wearing it every day for three months. It has been awesome for CCW and casual wear. It's the most rigid belt I have ever owned and I have owned some well known popular EDC belts. The rigidity supports the weight of the pistol better than anything I have used. The pistol just doesn't move or shift in any way. I generally carry a G19 with TLR-7A and a HE508T mrd. The ease whith which you can make quick and subtle adjustments to loosen or tighten the belt throughout the day cannot be appreciated without experiencing it. |

I bought a Kore.
Lever digs into my gut. Im not fat nor skinny. I dremeled the lever to be less pokey. Still unused. I use a regular genuine leather belt Ive had for years. No reinforcement. Works great. |

Bought their battle belt recently and just cut it to size last weekend. Haven’t shot with it yet but I really like the cinch adjustment.

This thread and a couple other belt threads, just cost me some money. Placed an order just now for a leather belt and a nylon belt plus buckles. My wilderness 5 stitch is ok and does well but will occasionally slip on me. As well I’d bought some cheap Chinese crap belts thinking they’d be OK for wearing around the property but no, just no. Fed up with low quality stuff that doesn’t do its job and is uncomfortable so….
The wilderness will stay in my rotation but I’m eager to see how the Kores do. |

Had Boston Leather double thick dress belt for years with no core and it did fine, even in my last job where i carried extra mags, cuffs in a suit. Got the 5.11 dress belt in both colors and havent haven't looked back for casual and dress wear.
I wear business casual to suits at work. They look fine with jeans and (non-cargo) shorts. Had for about 4 years now with no signs of any real wear and only around $35. |

Yesterday, after 4 days, I’ve got my belts. FOUR DAYS. Not shabby at all. Two belts. Both 1.5”. One tactical black nylon and one leather.
First impressions? These are very good indeed. Wore the nylon while out doing light yard work. Cut down a few small trees with the chainsaw and trimmed some brush with the brush cutter. Whole time wearing a steel framed and RDS equipped Springer Champion. Belt was perfectly supportive exactly as it should be. The instructions as to determining length didn’t really work for me, I ended up taking a bit more off. Fortunately it’s easy to do and now the belts fit exactly right for me. Love the 1/4” adjustments and especially the fact that there’s ZERO slippage. A problem I’ve experienced with my Wilderness belt. We’ll see how they hold up. No idea how well the adjustment notches will survive my outdoor activities. I did notice my kydex mag pouch was a tight fit on the leather belt but imho that’s a good thing. It’s great as well these aren’t crazy expensive. If they even hold up 3-4 years I’ll be pleased and buy again. |

Does anyone know if a 1.5“ Nextbelt buckle will work on a Kore 1.5” belt strap ? It seems like it would but I don’t have the Kore to find out.
|
|
[#38]
You can get it with it without a buckle. I was just curious because I have a nextbelt buckle and I wanted to possibly use the Nextbelt AIWB buckle because it seems narrower than the X7 buckle.
ETA: it seems that a 1-1/2 strap is an 1-1/2 strap no matter who makes it unless one is too thick. ?? |

Quoted: Ares and Tenicor here.... both flawless. View Quote This. My first Aegis lasted I think 7 or 8 years of every day use. One day I was walking through Walmart when I heard a "clink" and felt my gun start to sag forward. One of the little nuts that secures the locking bar had worked itself loose. I instantly ordered another one. The new polymer buckle is a huge improvement IMO. Since then I have gone to the Tenicor Zero and I don't ever see myself wanting another belt. Weighs nothing, minimalist as it can get, and secure. |

I have 2 of the Kore nylon gun belts and 1 of the leather gun belts. I've worn the nylon belt almost every day for the last 4 years. I'm very happy with them. Just make sure that you buy the gun belt and not the regular belt. I bought the leather belt right before we went to casual attire at work so it has gotten much less use than I thought it would. I'm a little pudgy and I like to loosen my belt when I sit and tighten it when stand up. The ratchet make that much easier to do then a regular belt buckle.
