Whatever you can find on sale. Be smart when shopping, some are less expensive, but may be sold without drill bits and rails. For a total build kit, Rockey Brass had some decent deals recently.

I have a good luck with these. However, they take forever to ship due to volume.
The slide has some nice milling but nothing crazy. If you plan on reshaping any of the poly make sure you get a standard color so the poly is the same color all the way through.
