I use the "loop" side of Velcro on the back of my AIWB holsters. Adds just enough padding.

I used spray glue and added 2 layers of GI sleeping pad, then shaped as I desired.

+1 for masterminds tactics pillow.
It works for about 8ish hours before it starts to get uncomfortable. |
