where'd you get that black moleskin

Don’t remember. Likely Amazon or perhaps a place like Hobby Lobby.

Different strokes and all but I fucking hate it. I’ve tried it a few times with a Glock 19 and a 48 but it’s not comfortable or concealable for me. I occasionally carry a 43 as a BUG AIWB at 10-11 o’clock for a right handed draw but that’s my upper limit for comfort and concealment.

Wear your pants a little higher, it makes all the difference in the world.

The most comfortable AIWB Carry Recipe:

1) wide stiff belt
2) outside waistband holster
3) 3:30-4:30 position
4) loose untucked polo or button down shirt
5) ZFG if you print or anyone sees the gun

#5 is really the key...

You, um, seem to be missing both the Appendix and the Inside-the-WaistBand from that.
Also 5 is a great way for serious predators to ID you, though it probably doesn't matter with Kroger Karen or a parking-lot tweaker looking for an easy $20.

I put moleskin where the holster touches my stomach. Works well.

As did I. Work very well.

I use the "loop" side of Velcro on the back of my AIWB holsters. Adds just enough padding.

Don't carry Appendix, problem solved.

Yep. Moleskin on any hot spots. Cheap and easy.

I used spray glue and added 2 layers of GI sleeping pad, then shaped as I desired.

I cannot believe Im post #38 and the first to recommend Mastermind Tactics pillow wedge

Ive found these much more comfortable than the wedges.  Also, a huge fan of their Specialist Pro belt.

ETA: Its early and apparently I cant read

+1 for masterminds tactics pillow.

It works for about 8ish hours before it starts to get uncomfortable.
