Another offering from Winchester, Q4392 :D Pretty decent expansion in penetration in bare clear gel.  If you're looking for a subsonic load, this is subsonic all the way through a 16" PCC

This bullet has an actual copper jacket - unlike the GoldDot, which is an electroplated bullet (and also excellent).

Actual copper jackets are machined separately and must be chemically bonded to the lead core.  This bullet appears to have bonded correctly.
