The 115gr Tac-XP bullet from Barnes is one of the few viable 115gr PP/SD/LEO loads IMO. Penetration depths in clear gel are to the min with shorter barrel lengths. Expansion still occurred while passing through denim as well. I included a side by side shot of some 115gr JHP I shot on the same day, and it's pretty clear why a traditional JHP in 115gr tends to get a bad rap
