Same as the other small frame Glocks (19/17 etc)

I just picked up a 43 and have a set of night sights hanging around, I know the rears are different, but are the fronts the same?

Fronts are universal to all models.

Some claim that the gen5's take a taller front sight but my gen5 G19 with the taller front sight shot low.

To completely address your question, yes, the G43 takes the same front sight as all the other models.

I can also confirm that my 43 uses the same exact Heinie front sight as all my other full size and compact Glocks. Rear is different.
