So I purchased a PPQ m1 TAC just for the optics capability.
Went to the website and filled out the form for my free adaptor plate.  
3 days later my package from Walther shows up, nice!!
Wrong, inside I find what looks like an AR buis and an invoice for frank in CA.  Ugh
Call the number on the invoice and ask for service.  
I did have a wait, probably 10 minutes.  Told them what I received. They were super nice, and very courteous, sent me a return label and overnighted my plate.  
I talked to them at 430est yesterday.  I had my plate by 430 today.  
I know they screwed up, but kudos for a great recovery.
