I buy a lot of my small pistol parts from Midwest Gun Works. They ship fast and everything has been packaged well. I can't recall ever having an issue with them over the years. Brownells has some stuff that I will still order from them though. Their Alumahyde II spray on finishes are very easy and inexpensive option for a quick refinish. I typically refinish old 870s and Tac-14s with the Alumahyde II. They always turn out great.

I still can't believe OP just keeps on rambling when the rep for the damn company is trying to make it right, just needs pictures and he still bitches. He took a pic of the packaging, why not snap a pic of the damage at the same time? Nah, that's too easy.

I like those padded mailers, particularly on cylindrical things like uppers and BCG's. They can roll the unused space around the packed item creating a compact yet protected packing method that fits in my mailbox and doesn't have to sit on my porch in a brown box.
