No that would be a registry. That being said a site that would match up serial numbers on military surplus weapons to who they were issued to would be cool.

Even BATFE can usually only get to the location of first retail sale.
After that it could have passed though any FFL in the country. Or none in most states. |

Not exactly what your looking for but some counties make handgun permit info public or have leaked it. Basicly the gun registry.
Anyone remember the website some newspaper on the east coast made with a google map and a pin on every home with a handgun permit? I think they finally got the courts to force them to remove that. ETA: Link HERE New York's Westchester and Rockland counties |

Thankfully, no there isn’t.
That said, I keep records of my guns (or I did before the tragic boating accident...) and previous owner was one of the items I listed...of course, the few firearms that I’ve bought used were all from other LEO’s and it was more just so I could remember where they came from. |
