Had a member IM me a few weeks ago and now each time I log on the  " you have a message" comes up … im sure I have dealt with it before but no now … thanls, dneal

Make sure that you do not have any unread messages including in your deleted messages folder

It says message and not mention? Double check your folders to make sure.

Every night, the system auto calculates unread message counts and empties trash. It should not be showing as having a new message if you do not have one.
