My animal was special because: She was always loyal

Callie was living under our deck when we bought our first house. She had a litter of 4 kittens, and was a great mama cat to them. We had her spayed right after that as it was obvious we were keeping her. She was always so loyal and grateful after that. She was worth her weight in gold as she always took care of any mice or voles...always leaving us a "present" of part of them. Occasionally a bird would annoy her and she could jump 6 ft in the air to catch one. She loved to be pet on her terms...occasionally demanding attention.  She was a good girl with strong instincts.
