PA violated the US Constitution when its COURTs rewrote election law/policy in clear violation of the US Constitution while clearly specifies it's The Legislature that sets election rules; but The Communists dick sucks on the US Supreme Court is OK with other Communists violating the US Constitution.

Well he can just fuck off. I guess going around the legislature ignoring the PA and US Constitution is ok to change the voting law the way they wanted it. It was crooked, and I personally know a person who got fucked and did not get to vote because they were told their vote was cast by mail and they did not mail in a ballot, in fact never received one. PA needs a fucking enema to clean out crooked politicians and our voting laws/process set by the legislature so the people will have decided, not a couple Marxist Democrats.

Trump-appointed Judge Stephanos Bibas, writing an opinion for the 3-judge panel in the PA case: "Free, fair elections are the lifeblood of our democracy. Charges of unfairness are serious. But calling an election unfair does not make it so. Charges require specific allegations and then proof. We have neither here," Bibas wrote in his opinion. "This case is not about whether those claims are true. Rather, the campaign appeals on a very narrow ground: whether the District Court abused its discretion in not letting the campaign amend its complaint a second time. It did not," Bibas wrote. "...Nor does the campaign deserve an injunction to undo Pennsylvania's certification of its votes. The campaign's claims have no merit. The number of ballots it specifically challenges is far smaller than the roughly 81,000-vote margin of victory. And it never claims fraud or that any votes were cast by illegal voters." I believe you should be able to retell this lie, to spread it on whatever platform you either pay for or that allows it. The question of WHY we are passing this around, radicalizing people over this lie is a bigger one. |

The issue concerns ~300 undated absentee ballots. The law specifically says they must be signed and dated. If they are counted the DEM wins, if not counted the REP wins. They were counted. I don't know where to begin to solve those problems but I do know that the window to harness the anger and continued disillusionment with the establishment is closing, this needs to be acted on fast. It would have to be a political organization with several different chapters/conventions locally and build from there. How does one go about doing that? Or finding others locally to help with initial setup? Ideas are welcome. |

1) it's true that there's legitimate evidence of fraud in PA (and elsewhere). So the statement that the PA election was stolen is a legitimate statement.
