Quoted: So now Biden will spend millions to hunt down any amateur radio operator that traveled to DC the week of the burning of the capital? View Quote Personally, I don't know if this is to be taken seriously, or if it's just "boiler plate language" for some federal official to CYA in case some people with Ham radios did some things. But I know a lot of the conservative podcasts on TalkStreamlive were talking about it over the past few days and they took it seriously. |

Geez, I made it three mins and that was WITH fast forwarding.
This guy reads way too slow for me. Just get to the point. TL:DR -- HAM radio will get you in trouble if you're a Trump supporter. Does that about cover it? Is there really anyone who doesn't already realize that HAM radio is next to useless for "organizing"? Modern tech has made the gov too powerful for the citizens to stop. Even George Orwell would be amazed at what they can do now. |

"...may be an alternative for groups to coordinate activities and communicate" is a far cry from "planning terrorist attacks". When you censor mere conservative political conversation, as has been done all over by "Big Tech", you are, of course, going to see the censored seek other means of communication. I know the propaganda machine wants to equate believing in individual freedom (or almost any other 'right wing' political philosophy) to terrorism, but the desire to equate the two doesn't result in the real, demonstrative parity. The FCC and Big Fed, in general, can stop wagging their finger at everyone now.

They are actively looking to restrict any and all conservative speech. Ham could be one of the hardest to shut down especially with so many new radios out there. |

I just use the paper cup and string methodology. Completely secure.
Connecting one to the internet was a challenge. You have to get one of those textile weaving machines and modify it significantly. PM me for schematics. |

Of the Arf threads I saw that were screenshotted and posted else where the pre-event thread with radio info was one of them. It's interesting to see this.

Just get on the FL SARNET Sebastian repeater and ask for a radio check. When the old fart yells at you just answer “10-4 good buddy” and let the hilarity ensue.
Elmers and Fudds and yankees...oh my. |

It's going to take that guy 10 mins to give his call so he will have to ident directly after. WTF
I had to turn my bootleg Beerfang off just to try to listen to him. |

Yeah, they'd get yelled at for violating some stupid protocol, but they did get a contact. Otherwise the old FUDDs wouldn't respond to someone they didnt know. |

Must be some sort of secret code:
All I hear is talk of prostates, gout, and getting enough fiber. Anyone have a spare secret decoder ring? |

The repeaters were going crazy on the 6th with homeopathic prostate and gout cures I'd never read in the medical journals, from so many different region codes. It was almost like I was listening to 7200 at 03 and 33 after at 0300. I was so surprised the 5G jamming network didn't activate to keep the word from getting out.

I forsee there being a lot more noise on the entire spectrum if people say "fuck it". Like people using marine radios for non-marine use. Oh no, a fudd doesn't want to respond because protocol wasn't met. No worries, the unlicensed folks working together at coordinated times might just figure shit out just fine. It isnt like they cannot call eachother on a phone and say "hey I am gonna broadcast, listen for the chair is against the wall". Oh no, somebody used code over the air. Fox hunt away... When shit goes sideways there is gonna be a lot of trash to filter out. I wouldnt be surprised of some pissed off FUDD were to hear something they didnt like turn full Karen. Spiteful old bastard that decided to shit all over an entire spectrum to prevent the abuse of the airwaves. Basically "if i cannot use it, nobody can." |
