I don't recall paying shipping on the smaller amounts mixed in with other stuff, but I could be mistaken about that too. Anyway, no brew shops within reasonable driving distance? |

Used to be able to find 50lb bags for $50-65 shipped, all over the place. I know shipping prices have gone up the last year so that's probably the reason.

If you try to order a full 55# sack they will charge you for shipping. Shipping a 55# sack is ridiculously expensive. Here's the best work around I can find. Order multiple 10# sacks. They will ship them all for free. I routinely order 6 to 10 ten pound sacks. Prices does go up from about $.70 cents a pound to around $1.10. So I pay $66 for 60# delivered. Not ideal but the best I've found. |

Found a local shop at $68 for a 55lb sack. That's not too bad.
