It really is bizzaro world as of late.
Right now Mike Tyson seems to be the only black male of influence (the ability to communicate with millions of people) who has come out with a counterpoint to supporting the riots. Of course he had to delete his tweet instantly to retain his minority status but thus far he's it. Seeing black community leaders support lawlessness, violence against whites, and 14 trillion in space money for appeasement is just beyond ridiculous. Does the black community have ANY leaders who are beyond identity politics? Even TI and Killer Mike. . . their message was basically not to kill their own or loot black businesses, it was far from a deescalation. |

Maybe the black community isn’t capable of having voices of reason.
|
|
It's there in abundance, but the MSM prefers to ignore that voice.

I got sent a pic caught by a media outlet of a black dude eating another black dude’s ass on the street as people walk by, does that count?

Drowned out by the Karens and Chads (male Karen equivalent?) of the world. They are out there. A few at least.

Examples would be that fellow who stood up to his city council and told them like it is, then ran for (i think) a house seat, or that well-spoken young lady, Candace Owens. Thomas Sowell also comes to mind, but as has been stated, they're mostly ignored because they don't toe the line or fit the narrative.

There are plenty of black folks that are appalled by this. Terrified and disgusted. Heartbroken from losing their home or business. However, black communities don't elect "leaders," they elect panderers. The Hollywood folk keep their mouths shut. They don't want to get Cosby'd.

Where's the great community organizer himself, BHO? This is his lane, no?

OP’s question is the same as asking about moderate Muslims speaking out against radicals. “Crickets”

The same place it is elsewhere. Most leaders need ready appeal to a critical social mass; so they're smart enough to see farther, but not so smart they see differently. Since communities vary in intelligence, the limit of appeal for one group may be the median in another.

View Quote Don't get me started on the Honorable Ms. Bottoms. Atlanta mayor says Trump "making it worse" and should "just stop talking" |

Jon Jones (MMA fighter) had some pretty solid things to say about the riots (denounced them). Refreshing to see.
Just had this conversation saturday night. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is a household name because he embraced the system and used non-violent means to achieve his goals. He had his flaws but executed and achieved his goals peacefully. Unless you're ready for genocide violence doesn't achieve many strategic goals. |

Surprisingly I think they are all named Tom. I think the communities are all their nieces and nephews

The black community will never have leaders when the ones in “power” turn them over as tools to socialists/democrats/communists.
Those are their master and they are being led around with a rope on their necks. |

1) There's hardly a monolithic black community.
2) Right now, the crazy voices are getting the air time. These guys have been popping up in my YouTube feed over the past few weeks. I don't agree with everything they say, but they make a case for their POV and some solid points. And some of their videos could be lifted straight out of General Discussion. YOUR WHITE GUILT IS USELESS, STOP. |

I just want to ask a representative of the Black Community this:
Officer Chauvin has been fired and charged with murder. What exactly is it that you want at this juncture? |

There are plenty, they're just being drowned out by the rampaging mob.

There are very few.
That said, one of the most pro-Trump, pro-America, pro-gun people I know is a black dude who came from southeast DC (the ghetto.) |

When one does step up he's often ostracized by the people he's trying to help.

I know it was so hard to figure out. There is nobody. All the blacks are in on it. so sad.

There is no black community. It's racist for the media to report that inner cities represent every black person in America.
There is no voice of reason in inner cities, no matter what their race is. |
