These riots/protests were preplanned at the national level by progressive organizations, and the plan was for antifa to cause a commotion to elicit some kind of violent counter-protests by the evil alt right militia groups(whoever they are), at which point all the focus would be on the violence and death caused by them. Obviously these counter-protesters didn't show up and the antifa just trashed a bunch of local businesses, but the leftists are still going with their preplanned talking points.

The left knows it works. Likely the big push on social media now is by design with bots and key posters (i.e. Share Blue, etc.) putting the information out. There's a concerted effort to shift blame and to obviously create a narrative. This current movement isn't all that "new" but was rekindled during the tail end of Obama's first administration. My guess is they realized if he lost in 2012 they needed to up the narrative. Recall that the Zimmerman case was capitalized on but as mentioned there was the black professor who was stopped in 2009 and while it was huge news it was very short lasting. Zimmerman led to the Ferguson led to Eric Garner and then that mess in Baltimore with Freddy Gray. Then, as the leftist so feared, a man of action rose who called bullshit on their psychological narratives and their scientism. Look at all the people kneeling before Zod now. They are not kneeling in peace or because it is the right thing to do; they are virtue signaling to the leftist narrative of racism...which isn't really racism but a control tactic. Even if no one riots seeing all these people kneeling to an idea that isn't really about racism but control shows you how far things have gone. |

For the most part it's a combination of disinformation smoke-screen; but likely a misconstrue of white fascist ANTIFA members pulling shit under the guise of this movement.
Of course the accusation is obviously absurd, and is a confirmation of ignorant and incompetent leadership. MSP has a great Mayor  . I have no doubt some white supremacists might take this opportunity to gather up and pull shit as well, but they aren't going to blend into and integrate into this very well. ANTIFA can, will, and I personally think IS, doing this quite easily. A pity, as the topic being protested is worth talking about, but these assholes have pretty much undermined the whole thing now. |
