Looks like a Geissele Mk14, no? I’d be surprised if Marsoc/raiders were allowed that level of flexibility. In other pics the weapon setups are pretty identical.

He using a vortex optic so chances are high that he isn't a true top tier operator. Arfcom told me the chinesium vortex optics are guaranteed to get me killed stateside, let alone overseas.
