Back in my late 40's, I was looking for a multi vitamin and read that Centrum Silver 50+ for men was a good all around vitamin for guys of any age. Been taking it ever since.

In the business of selling vitamins and the only two I recommend is Nutreince or Thorne multi elite.

Douglas Labs used to be my go-to, but they got bought out and their quality has suffered. Now I go with Pure Encapsulations, good selection and available on Amazon
