Nah, Lowes or HD won't help. That's some kind of specialized stuff. Actually it looks like a stick-on weatherstrip on top of an OEM weather strip. You are going to have to find a Builders Hardware supply or a large door and window showroom or warehouse.

Perhaps your best bet is to entirely replace the weather stripping, not just the seal.
