You sure get a lot for your money up there.
Even needing updating, that would be about $1,000,000 around here. |

find the biggest 70's blaxploitation producer in Hollywood circa 1973, cross it with obituaries, bang, previous owner.

Cool place. Probably designed by the owner who looks like an architect.

Small world.
I've been in that house, swam in that pool. My grandfather and Mr. Levin were friends. He worked as the accountant for Sturgis Scrap and Metal for 30 or 40 years. My grandparents didn't live too far away. They had a lot of neat stuff. They had the first under water scooter I'd ever seen. They let me use it in the pool. This had to be early to mid 80s. They'd eat Christmas dinner with us on occasion although they were Jewish. Yes, they were eccentric but certainly weren't mafia or anything. |

That’s probably the “nicest” house in all of Sturgis, MI. Like was mentioned earlier that area of the state has been stuck in a time capsule. I drove down that street just this last year. Never new that house was there. I’ll have to check it out next time I’m in the area.

I don’t know where Sturgis MI is, but if it’s not in the ghetto, that price is a steal. |

Parquet floors, yuck In all seriousness, that's one of those architect special designs. Those houses have TONS of problems with roof leaks and other issues. That's very cheap for the square footage, but that property is a mess and high maintenance. View Quote |

That's pretty cheap for such a nice place.
Out where I live that house would go for well over a million. |

Pretty sure I saw Chuck Norris or Arnold Schwarzenegger kill a drug lord and about 20 of his minions in that house
