I got an offer to get my CCW in Virginia by doing an online application, followed by $65 fee and $20 for processing form this organization, www.certifiedccw.com anyone ever do it through them? is it really a valid CCW? I know some states are pretty easy, is Virginia one and you can do it this way?  here in florida it's not just the cost right now, but then getting into the required classes then getting in line for the fingerprinting and such stuff.  

Virginia allows documentation for competence with a handgun to be met by "Completing any firearms training or safety course or class, including an electronic, video, or on-line course, conducted by a state-certified or National Rifle Association-certified firearms instructor."

You will submit proof of the online course along with a fingerprint card, passport style photograph, and proof of identification to the state.

According to USA Carry a non resident Va permit has no reciprocity in Florida.
