Found my way into these. I know they are some pretty nice bottles after doing some research, but I’m an American whiskey drinker, so these are way out of my wheelhouse. Anyone out there into higher end cognacs and such?

I know a moderate amount on cognacs and Armagnac, but not enough to give you detailed into on the bottles. If you can send me more detailed pics, I can ask an expert in the industry.
They look delicious though. |

I drink quite a bit of cognac, but I'm no expert. Anyway, those have me drooling.

Of all the drinks I've poured, cognac was the least requested, and almost always ordered by people trying to impress other people, and not because they actually knew what they were doing. (And we didn't have many good cognacs.) That was an extremely small sample, so that is not indicative of real cognac lovers. I would love to learn. Unfortunately drinking it to learn will probably have to get in line as I'm well into the early stages of Bourbon and still only fondling Scotch.

I’m starting to learn about cognacs and Armagnac, but pretty much VS and VSOP, not the outrageous stuff in the crystal bottles.
Search in Archives for a thread in Team in the past1-2 years- someone posted a good list of VS and VSOPs. I’ve been enjoying working my way through that list.
