When I was in basic training at Ft. Polk in 1967 we had about 90% PR NG. Most of them had good jobs and were well educated but pretended they could not speak English. After about 3 days the Senior DI who was black gave up. Well guess what? The next day we had a DI named SSG Lopez. The jig was up and the PR’s knew it. By the way they could all speak English.

The covid stimulus bill is being negotiated and so all the blue states are falling over themselves to send troops to the capitol and make a name for themselves in front of the legislators. The result of this is that combined together there's going to be 25k troops in DC and the whole place looks like the Green Zone.
