I need to buy an oxy-acet bottle set. Any recommendations for a vendor with good customer service...? National or local in central Oklahoma...

Airgas.  You probably don't have to buy the tanks from them, though.  Mine original was bought new as a gift from Amazon, and they filled it, then swapped it out for me when it was empty.

I'd call and get their price, and see if they'll take new tanks in trade, in case you can find them cheaper.
