I have a gif of me shooting a rabbit.
I made the gif from my phone video. When I try to upload it as a figure, it says file extension error. Is there any way we can upload gifs without going through a third party?  Attached File |

I know you can upload gifs to media at gold+ level, but I believe you can only attach jpg or png to a post if you are bronze. That's why it's rejecting it.

They are GIFs on my PC, and open on my PC as GIFs.
But once uploaded, they only contain the first frame image.   Why do you toy with us GoatBoy ?  Please refund me for Gold account funds by sending me 87 BFL stickers. they don't "GIF" in my media either.  also, why do you hate contrasting button fonts?  |

How about metadata sorting of uploaded images and actual management?
they only sort from date uploaded I have a cool image on page 177 from June of 2020 in 3 weeks it will be on page 198 |

Most shared first? We will be adding keywords to just about everything (images, smilies, etc) in order to better filter and search them. I think it will help in instances where you have a crap ton of images to sort through.

date oldest first date newest first size type duplicates need a better way once sorted to bulk move into subdirectories |

While you're in here, something I've always liked in "BugZilla" which we used a long time ago is a feature for titles where it shows you a list of similar titles, as you are typing your title, and displays them as links that you can open to review the thread. I know this doesn't fix terrible thread title names like "OMG you won't believe this" but it might go a long way toward helping with dupes. If you really wanted to get tricky, yoou could include OP text body in the search results, too. (still only displaying the thread title, though - not the text body) |
