Many Auto insurance companies write for UTVs now on the auto policy. Call your
insurance.

Be prepared for sticker shock.

In general UTVs are expensive to insure.

USAA uses Progresive to do ATV/UTV insurance. I don't know if there's discounts associated with that or not? I have full coverage and pay something like $160 a year for my RZR.

I've never used it.

This is what I use. I'm at about $400 a year for a '21 Turbo S.

My insurance company insures UTVs through Foremost, my policy on a 2014 RZR is $325.

2/3 of the policy cost is liability, the policy also covers collision.

Farm bureau here they seem about as good as the others. Plus they provide some employee benefits if someone is also hurt while working. You really need to look at the policy and how you ride. I know they are some provisions for rock crawling and severe mudding here.

I mean... yes and no.

They're more than you might expect.  But the rate of claims on UTV/ATV insurance is super, super high.

Also, everyone should check how much bodily injury they've got on their UTVs.  It's pretty easy to blow through 5 or 6 digits in medical care.  Even if you're harnessed in, all someone has to do is stick their hand out the window during a low-speed roll-over, and you can be looking at a LOT of medical bills.

$1000 comprehensive deductibles with cash value replacement.
