Salad days of Spam.  It's hit or miss to find any variety right now.  Guy stocking the shelves says they don't know when they're going to get any in and it's usually gone in a few hours.  Told him I would trade him a brick of primers for a flat of Spam but he didn't know what that meant.

No such thing as "low sodium spam"... If you will notice, the label says "33% less sodium"..   So it only has 6,000% of the recommended daily allowance instead of 10,000%  

Also, amazing how the tofu eating soy boys flock to spam threads to come out of the closet.

My Costco ran out, so I bought a flat on Amazon.  At that time, it was the same price, $2.48 a can.  Prices look like they went up.

Toss in a pot.  Add a squirt of spicy brown mustard and a dab of Worcestershire.  Toss in some jalapenos if you want it hotter.  Stir, then put on a little below medium heat for a while (covered, stirring occasionally).  Majority of the work is cutting the SPAM into small chunks (not quite small cubes).

My daughter doesn't like it too spicy, so I usually have to add the jalapenos to my bowl, after it's done.
