The one time in my life I tried Spam all I could taste was salt. Can't even say if the Spam itself was any good.

 Love this stuff. Every time I return to the islands I gorge on musubi like a dying man in a desert when he finds a spring. My blood pressure must go through the roof after about a week or so

Add a squirt of spicy brown mustard and a dab of Worcestershire. Toss in some jalapenos if you want it hotter. Stir, then put on a little below medium heat for a while (covered, stirring occasionally). Majority of the work is cutting the SPAM into small chunks (not quite small cubes). My daughter doesn't like it too spicy, so I usually have to add the jalapenos to my bowl, after it's done. |
