Spam is ground so fine now that it's no longer interesting. When I was a kid I could pick sections of blood vessels out of my Spam and arrange them on the tines of my fork according to their diameter. There were chunks of meat suspended in gelatin. Now there's nothing but pureed, compressed meat byproduct.
